How to pick up the animals when arriving at port ?
Don’t worry about it. We will send you the invoice ,packing list and BL to customs clearance by DHL.

When goods arrive there, the shipping agent will contact with you for customs process and help you for local transportation . If you have your own custom broker.Then your custom broker will do the local service for you .Thanks
3.Please provide enough details about the process of importing this robot rides to my countries.
Firstly please advise the quantity you need and sea port, we will make the proforma invoice for you to confirm, then you can arrange payment and choose models, secondly we arrange production and shipment, finally when goods arrive at your seaport, you ( or your custom agent) take the custom files to clear custom and pick up the goods.
4.How many hours the robot can be used ?
The battery is 12v, 24ah, normally charge 6 hours to use 6-8 hours.
5.Is it riding only indoor, or also outdoor ?
